Anti-Aging Today Affiliate Program: Terms & Guidelines

These Terms & Guidelines (“Terms”) are an agreement between anti-agingtoday (“Anti-Aging Today,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the person or business applying to or taking part in the Anti-Aging Today Affiliate Program (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Program

The Anti-Aging Today Affiliate Program (“Program”) lets approved Affiliates earn commission by referring customers to anti-agingtoday.com. The Program is managed through our affiliate platform, GoAffPro, at antiagingtoday.goaffpro.com. Joining the Program is free.

2. Eligibility & Application

The Program is currently open only to applicants who live in the United States.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
When you apply, you must provide the social media platform(s) or website where you plan to promote our products, along with your average monthly visitors or audience size. The information you provide must be accurate and complete.
Every application is reviewed personally by the Anti-Aging Today team. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
We may approve or decline any application at our discretion, and we are not required to give a reason.
You may not access referral links, discount codes, or the affiliate dashboard until your account is approved.

3. Referral Links, Codes & Tracking

Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and may receive a unique discount code.
A sale is credited to you when a customer buys through your referral link within 30 days of clicking it, or uses your discount code at checkout.
If a customer uses more than one Affiliate’s referral link, the most recent Affiliate receives credit.
A discount code used at checkout takes priority over a referral link click.
Referrals are tracked by our affiliate platform using cookies, referral links, and discount codes. If a customer blocks or clears cookies, a referral may not be tracked. Our tracking records are final.

4. Commissions

You earn [X]% commission on each eligible referred sale.
Commission is calculated on the amount the customer pays after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes.
Orders that are refunded, cancelled, returned, or rejected do not earn commission. If a commission was already credited for such an order, it will be reversed automatically.
Purchases you make for yourself through your own referral link or code do not earn commission.
Commission is earned on the referred order only, not on the customer’s future or subscription orders.
Commissions are held for [30] days before they are approved, to allow for returns and refunds.
Orders that we find to be fraudulent, or that break these Terms, do not earn commission.

5. Payouts & Taxes

Approved commissions are paid [monthly] by [PayPal] once your approved balance reaches at least $[50]. Balances below the minimum carry over to the next payout.
You are responsible for keeping your payment details accurate and up to date in your affiliate dashboard. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you provided.
Before we send payouts, we may require you to submit a completed IRS Form W-9. We may issue you a Form 1099 where required by IRS rules.
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings.

6. Promotion Rules

6.1 FTC Disclosure (required by US law)

The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires you to clearly disclose your relationship with us whenever you promote our products. Every post, video, email, or page that includes your referral link or code must include a clear disclosure, placed where people will see it before they click. Examples: “#ad,” “#affiliate,” “Paid partnership with Anti-Aging Today,” or “I earn a commission if you buy through my link.” A disclosure hidden in a profile bio, behind a “more” link, or among many hashtags is not enough.

6.2 Product Claims

Do not make any claims about our products beyond what is stated on our website.
Do not create or invent any claims of your own, including health, medical, or results claims.
Never say or suggest that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Do not make weight, age-reversal, or results promises, or share “before and after” results that are not stated on our website.
Where our website shows the FDA disclaimer (“These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”), include it whenever you repeat those statements.
Only share honest opinions based on your own experience.

6.3 Brand and Customer Rules

Our branding must not be altered in any way. Use our logo, product names, images, and materials exactly as we provide them.
Do not display your own logo alongside our products or on our product materials.
Direct all product-related questions to Anti-Aging Today so customers receive accurate guidance. Do not give health or product advice on our behalf.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Send spam or unsolicited emails, texts, or messages. All email marketing must follow the CAN-SPAM Act, and all text messages or calls must follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
Post your code on coupon, deal, or cashback websites without our written approval.
Bid on “Anti-Aging Today,” our product names, or misspellings of them in paid search ads (such as Google Ads or Bing Ads).
Register domain names, social media accounts, or usernames that include “Anti-Aging Today” or our product names.
Pretend to be Anti-Aging Today, or suggest that you are our employee or official representative.
Post fake reviews, or pay or reward others to post reviews.
Use cookie stuffing, self-clicking, bots, or any other method that creates false referrals.
Direct your promotion at anyone under 18.
Promote our products on websites or channels with illegal, adult, hateful, violent, or misleading content.

If you break these rules, we may withhold or reverse commissions and remove you from the Program.

8. Your Content & Channels

You are responsible for everything you publish, including making sure it is accurate, follows these Terms, and complies with all laws and platform rules (for example, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook policies). We may ask you to change or remove any content that mentions us, and you agree to do so promptly.

9. Orders, Pricing & Customer Service

Customers who buy through your referral are our customers. We handle all orders, payments, shipping, returns, and customer service. Prices, promotions, and product availability are set by us and may change at any time. Do not promise customers any price, discount, or offer that is not currently available on our website or through your assigned code.

10. Brand Use

While you are an approved Affiliate, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use our name, logo, and the materials we provide, only to promote our products under these Terms. We own all rights to our brand and materials. This permission ends immediately when your participation ends.

11. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You may not make any commitment or statement on our behalf.

12. Term & Termination

These Terms begin when your application is approved and continue until ended by either party. You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or remove you at any time, with or without notice. If you are removed for breaking these Terms, we may withhold any unpaid commissions. Otherwise, approved commissions earned before termination will be paid under section 5.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Program and our affiliate platform are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will earn any amount. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits. Our total liability to you under these Terms will not exceed the commissions paid to you in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Anti-Aging Today harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your promotional content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law, including FTC, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or product-claim rules.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the affiliate portal and may notify you by email. If you keep taking part in the Program after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Client’s US state], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [County, State].

17. General

These Terms, together with our website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Program. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else.
