Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Anti-Aging Today. This policy explains which items can be returned, how long you have, how to start a return, who pays for return shipping, and when you can expect your refund. It applies to all orders placed on anti-agingtoday.com and shipped within the United States.

1. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a refund of the product price. This applies whether the bottle is opened or unopened, so you can try the product before deciding.

To request a refund under the guarantee, you’ll need:

• Proof of purchase (your order number or order confirmation email)
• The product, opened or unopened, returned by mail following the steps in Section 4

For orders with multiple items, you may return some items and keep others.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a broken seal, is defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.

We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charge, whichever you prefer. If we ask you to send the item back, we will provide a prepaid return label. In many cases we will not need the item returned.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect:

• Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• Products not purchased directly from anti-agingtoday.com (please contact the retailer you bought from)
• Digital products, such as e-books, once they have been downloaded or accessed
• Gift cards

4. How to Start a Return

1. Contact us by email at info@anti-agingtoday.com or by phone at 1-814-528-3726. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
2. Receive your return authorization. We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or refused.
3. Pack and ship the item to the address we provide, with your RA number written clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Return Shipping Costs

We do not charge a restocking fee on any return.

6. Refunds

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different card or account.

How long refunds take

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and process the refund within 5 business days. You will receive an email when your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

What is refunded

• Satisfaction guarantee returns: the full price paid for the returned item(s), minus any original shipping charges. Return shipping is not refunded.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect items: the full price paid plus original shipping.
• If you used a discount code, the refund equals the amount you actually paid for the item.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the item for a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and place a new order. If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will send the correct replacement at no cost.

8. Subscription Orders

You can cancel or pause a subscription at any time before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops future shipments; it does not refund orders that have already been charged. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel at least 2 business days before your renewal date.

Subscription shipments are covered by the same 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee as one-time purchases: you can request a refund within 30 days of each charge, and damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped will be cancelled and refunded in full. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

10. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and, if it cannot be found, help resolve the issue.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
